The mission maps are even more detailed than in the original game, and leave little space for error.
All commandos can control captured guards and use them as a distraction while keeping them at gunpoint, but the guards must not leave the controlling commando's field of view, else they will flee and raise the alarm.Įight new and difficult missions are featured, taking place between 19 in various locations in Nazi-occupied Europe. The Green Beret and the Spy can cuff unconscious enemies to immobilize them, and the Spy can even steal their uniforms. The most prominent addition are the new non-lethal weapons (chloroform for the Spy, fists for the Green Beret, the club for the Driver etc.), which give players the ability to silently, but temporarily disable enemy guards.
All six commandos from the original game are back, and have some new weapons and abilities at their disposal. Commandos: Beyond the Call of Duty is a standalone mission pack for Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines.
